OUR STORY

For as long as I can remember, dogs have always been a big part of our lives. Our family home has always been full of love for our four-legged friends, and over time, we’ve created a place where dogs feel happy, relaxed and right at home. In fact, we know we’re doing something right when they’re so excited to arrive that they have a little wee at the front door! ​

 

I’m Fiona, and together with my husband, Steven, our daughters, Sofia and Anna, and our own dogs, Fern, Willow and Rue, we’ve created a home where dogs are treated as part of the family.​

 

At The Dog House, we know that your dog is much more than just a pet, they’re part of your family. That’s why we want you to feel confident that, when they’re staying with us, they’ll receive the same love, attention and care we give our own dogs.​

 

We specialise in overnight home boarding, offering your dog a home-from-home while you’re away. Rather than staying in kennels, they’ll become part of our family life, with plenty of fuss, companionship and cosy places to relax.  

 

​Our aim is simple: to make every dog feel safe, settled and loved, and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands while you’re away.​
